Return, Refund & Damage Policy

At Sir Fabrics, we take pride in providing high-quality fabrics and products to our customers. We carefully inspect all orders before dispatch. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we are here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges only in cases where:

• You received the wrong product, color, or fabric.
• The product was damaged or defective when received.
• The product received does not match your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition.

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

Products that have been cut, stitched, washed, altered, used, or otherwise modified after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your parcel.

Please provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the product
• Clear photos of the packaging
• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the case and, if the damage is confirmed, we may offer a replacement or another suitable resolution.

3. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

After verification, we will arrange the appropriate replacement or resolution.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided for eligible returns that have been approved by Sir Fabrics.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Please note that the time required for a refund to appear may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

• Fabric that has been cut from its original length
• Washed or used fabric
• Altered or stitched fabric
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling
• Items returned after the applicable return period
• Products purchased on sale or clearance, unless they are received damaged or incorrect

6. Color Variation

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, device settings, lighting, or photography conditions.

Minor color differences are therefore not considered a product defect.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to confirmation by our team.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the order will be handled according to our return policy.

8. Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong or damaged product, Sir Fabrics may cover the applicable return shipping cost.

For other return requests, shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer.

9. How to Request a Return

To request a return, exchange, or report a damaged product, please contact our customer support team with your:

• Order number
• Name and contact number
• Reason for the return
• Photos/videos showing the issue, where applicable

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

10. Important Note

All return and refund requests are subject to inspection and approval by Sir Fabrics. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned in this policy.
