4. Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for eligible orders and locations. For COD orders, payment must be made to the courier at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to contact customers to confirm COD orders before dispatch.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, the provided contact information is incorrect, or the customer refuses to receive the parcel, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.
